SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We use Pos Indonesia, JNE, Tiki, Wahana and JNT to delivery your order.

FOREIGN SHIPPING
We use EMS Pos Indonesia and DHL to delivery your order.

ORDER PROCESS
The order and delivery process is done on Monday-Saturday, except Sunday and Public Holidays. Confirmed orders through ‘CONFIRM PAYMENT’ will be processed the next day within 1×24 hours.
If you want to ship for same day schedule delivery, you must completed the order berfore 11.00 AM.
The order process includes payment checks, goods preparation, and delivery of goods to shipping company.
We do not responsible in risk of loss of the package after the shipping company delivers to the address.
We do not take responsibility if the shipping company can’t deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.
